Information you share during counseling sessions is kept confidential and is not disclosed without your written permission, except in cases required by law (such as risk of harm to self or others, abuse, or court order).
Secure systems are used to store and transmit any electronic records, intake forms, and communications related to your care.

You have the right to request copies of your records.
You may ask for corrections to be made to your health information.
You can request a list of any disclosures made of your health information.
You have the right to file a complaint if you believe your privacy rights have been violated.
Digital Communications Notice: While I take steps to ensure all communications are secure, please be aware that email and online contact forms may not be fully secure. For confidential matters, we recommend using our secure client portal or contacting us directly by phone.
